The
Call Capture Xi Process:
Each day the Call Capture machine waits for calls….
When a call comes in, the computer will pick-up on the 3rd
Ring
Caller ID information is Sent by the Telephone Company between
the 1st and 2nd Ring.
Call Capture software will record who is calling
Use the Internet to Cross-Reference phone numbers.
It will welcome the listener to the Hotline and ask the
listener for an Extension Number.
When the caller enters the number, they will hear a detailed
recorded message about the property.
Press (1) To Repeat The Number
Press (2) To Enter Another Extension
Press (3) To Speak To The Lender
Press (4) To Speak To The Realtor/Homeowner
Press (5) To Receive A FAX
Press (6) To Leave A Message For The Lender
Press (7) To Leave A Message For The Realtor/Homeowner
When the listener hangs-up then the machine will wait for the
next call.
While the system waits for calls it can also handle outbound
calls.
Outbound Calls are double checked against a No Call List
