Loan Information Tab


The Loan Information tab (available in the Lender Module) keeps track of a contact's loan information. This information can be used by the Rate Watch program to alert contacts of savings resulting from changes in interest rates. Data can be added by typing into the appropriate fields, i.e. Appraised Value, or Current Rent. Click on a lower tab to enter data on that screen. You can use the button menu to add, remove, view, print, export, or create a transaction for any contact. Highlight the Address (at the left of the screen) to view the Loan Information on that property.

Add a property.

Delete the highlighted property.

View the Full Detailed Listing for the highlighted property.

Create a transaction for the highlighted property.

5.

Print the highlighted property.

6.

Export the highlighted property to Calyx Point.

Lender

Enter the Lender name.

Loan Type

Use the drop-down menu for selecting loan type.

Loan Term

Enter the loan term.

Closed

Enter the date of the closing. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Base Loan Amt

Enter the base loan amount.

Mortgage

Enter the the mortgage amount.

Interest Rate

Enter the interest rate.

Rate Type

Use the drop-down menu to select the rate type or type it in the field. Note: Pressing Control + Delete will remove the highlighted text from the drop-down menu.

LTV

Press the button to calculate the Loan-to-Value amount.

P&I

Press the button to calculate the Principle and Interest for the loan amount.

Home Ins

Enter the monthly insurance premium.

Taxes

Enter the monthly tax liability.

PMI

Enter the monthly private mortgage insurance amount.

Assn Dues

Enter the monthly associational dues.

Other

Enter any other monthly liability.

Total Payment

Press the button to calculate the total payment.

Desired Rate

Enter the contact's desired interest rate.

Down Payment

Enter the down payment percentage.

Pre-Payment

Enter the date of the pre-payment. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Lender

Enter the lender name.

Loan Type

Use the drop-down menu for selecting loan type.

Loan Term

Enter the loan term in years.

Closed

Enter the date of the closing. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Mortgage

Enter the second mortgage amount.

Interest Rate

Enter the interest rate.

Rate Type

Use the drop-down menu to select the rate type or type it in the field.

CLTV

Enter the Combined Loan-to-Value amount

P & I

Press the button to calculate the Principle and Interest for the loan amount.


Application

Application Tab

Application Date

Enter the date of the application. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Submission Date

Enter the date of the submission. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Approval Date

Enter the date of the approval. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Lock/Float

Use the drop-down menu to select an option or type the option in the field.

Lock Expires

Enter the date the lock expires. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Status

Use the drop-down menu to select an option or type the option in the field.

Contract

Use the drop-down menu to select an option or type the option in the field.

Loan Number

Enter the loan number.

Appraisal

Enter the date of the appraisal's order and receipt. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.

Credit

Enter the date of the credit's order and receipt. Use the drop-down menu to select date from a calendar.


Status

Status Tab

Each field on this screen--Cash Status, Credit Status, Income Status, Loan Note--can scroll to view one hundred characters of text.
