How Do I Setup a Signature File?

Press the New Signature button icon to display the Add/Edit Signature screen.

Select the Font options for the text. Remember the HTML Editor is WYSIWYG.

Type a description for this signature. You may have several signatures for business or personal e-mail.

4.

Type the information that will become your Signature in the field. *Note: If you press SHIFT + ENTER, you will only have a single space between lines (see example below for the difference in "Closing" and "Your Name").

Press the OK button to save your changes.


How do I edit my Signature file?

1.

Highlight the signature file you want to edit.

2.

Press the Edit Signature button icon to display the Add/Edit Signature screen.

3.

Click into the field that you need to change and make the changes.

4.

Press the OK button to save your changes.


How do I remove a Signature file?

1.

Highlight the signature file you want to edit.

2.

Press the Remove Signature button icon to display the Add/Edit Signature screen.

3.

Answer YES on the Deletion Confirmation screen.
