Deleting E-Mail


How can I delete an e-mail message?

You can delete messages from a folder in one of two ways:

1a.

Right click the mouse on the message you want to delete.

2.

Select Delete Message from the right click menu or press the Delete key on the keyboard.

or

1b.

Left click on the message and (without releasing the button) drag it into the Trash folder.

Deleting multiple e-mail messages can be done in several ways:

1.

Click on the folder that contains the messages.

2.

Hold the CTRL key and right click any message(s) you want to delete.

3.

Select Delete Message from the right click menu or press the Delete key on the keyboard.

or

1.

Left click on the message(s) and (without releasing the button) drag it(them) into the Trash folder.
