Creating Mail Folders


How do I create new mail folders in three steps?

1.

Select the location for the new folder. Placing the folder at the level of (1.) will create the folder "inside" the selected folder. In this example, the new folder would be inside the INBOX folder. Placing the folder at the level of (2.) will create the folder at the "main" level. In this example, the new folder would be at the same level as the Agents folder.

Right click at the location of the new folder and click on New Folder. This example will create a new folder "inside" the INBOX folder.

Type the name for the new folder.
