Compose New Message Screen 

BARMENU OPTIONS

Message-

Display the Message menu.

Send -

Sends the current message.

Attachment -

Attaches a file to an e-mail message.

Options -

Display the Options menu.

Priority -

Sets the Priority of the message--Low, Normal, or High.

Return Receipt -

Asks for return receipt of the message when it is read by the recipient.

Plain Text -

Sends the message as a plain text file.

Embed Image -

Sends all the images in the mail message, instead of sending the links to the images. This option takes longer to send and is only readable by Mark-It Xi, Outlook, and Outlook Express mail readers.

Insert -

Display the Insert menu.

File -

Inserts a file with the message.

Image -

Inserts an image in the message.

Link -

Inserts a link in the message.

Signature -

Inserts your signature in the message.

Stationery -

Inserts stationery in the message.

Mail Buttons

  1. Send - Sends the message.

  2. Attachment - Begins the Attachment sequence.
  3. Priority - Set the Priority: Low, Normal, or High.
  4. Return Receipt - Request a confirmation from the recipient.
  5. Image - Select an image to place at the cursor location.
  6. Check Spelling - Run the spell checking software.
  7. Font Type - Set the font type from the drop-down menu.
  8. Font Size - Set the font size. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  9. Bold - Set the type to bold. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  10. Italics - Set the type to italics. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  11. Underline - Set the type to underline. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  12. Font Color - Set the color of the font. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  13. Numbers - Select to use numbers in a list.
  14. Bullets - Select to use bullets in a list.
  15. Left Justify - Set the text to the left margin. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  16. Center - Set the text to the center of the page. You may need to highlight text to change it.
  17. Right Justify - Set the text to the right margin. You may need to highlight text to change it.
