Address Options


Personalizing your Address book is as easy as clicking on an option and pressing the Add button.

You can select or unselect an option in the Address Card Format by clicking into the checkbox with your mouse. This includes adding titles and suffixes to names, viewing Social Security numbers, and viewing order. Toggle the option to save automatically the records when you exit the program. You can also limit the number of photos to report. Setting the port number for your auto-dialer is as easy as typing it in the dialer field or using the arrows for indicating the port number.

Setting the Default Column Layout:

Select, or unselect, a column by clicking the option. Select any additional fields to view by clicking into the check box. Pressing the Add button will initiate the new changes. Pressing the Reset button will return the Column Layout to the previously saved layout.

Address Book Options

Automatically Save Records on Exit -

Saves changes to records upon save whether you have remembered to save your changes through the barmenu or screen options.

Titles -

Display any title(s) associated with a contact.

Enter the Address in #/D/Street Format -

Changes the display of the Address Book to a three-part format--# (Street Number), D (Direction--N, S, E, W), Street (Street Name).

View Records in Lastname, Firstname Order -

Reverses contact's name order for personalized searching.

Suffixes -

Display any suffixes associated with a contact.

View Social Security Numbers -

Display the social security number for a contact. You may want this information hidden from "public" view.
