Additional Information Tab


Keep track of referral information on the Additional Information screen. This piece of management software records the date you entered the contact into your database as well as recording the last time you updated the contact's information. The "Record Owner" field tells who owns the record. The field will be visible all of the time, but only available for change if you are the record owner, or the registered user. Adding classifications makes grouping contacts a mouse click away. The red arrow indicates the Classification information you entered for the mouse-over function.

Additional Information Tab

Client ID: -

Client ID is used by some programs during their export/import process. You can manually enter the ID to sync databases.

Active -

Check this to make the record Active.

Hotline Information: -

Enter any Hotline information.

Access Code -

Enter the Access Code.

Record Owner -

Change the user assigned to the record.

Classification -

Select a classification to categorize and group contacts for future ease.
